The name: the alchemy of “Quanto Basta”
The name Cubì originates from a concept that is both poetic and technical: q.b. (quanto basta), a key expression in Italian recipes. Quanto basta (“as much as needed”) is not an approximate measure, but the perfect synthesis of technical knowledge, experience, and creative intuition.
Transforming the concept of q.b. into Cubì was a natural evolution—a tribute to the ability to blend rigor and imagination to achieve an impeccable result.
